In 2010, the ACT Framework team will host a range of FREE e-learning professional development (e-pd) opportunities to further assist the ACT vocational education and training (VET) community in embedding e-learning to provide greater flexibility for learners. Training Forum 2010 Training Forum 2010 is a two day professional development opportunity for VET practitioners and those involved in the planning, provision, delivery and assessment of training. Showcasing examples of good practice and addressing the major goals of Training WA: Planning for the future 2009–2018, Training Forum 2010 will feature a number of workshops hosted by the Framework. VET Teaching Conference 2010 Globalisation, equity, sustainability, industry engagement and quality practices in teaching and learning are now at the forefront of state/territory and national policy and planning. The VET Teaching Conference 2010 will provide a forum for practitioners to participate in cutting-edge debate around these key issues and contribute to developing responsive training that meets the vocational and business needs of individuals, employers and community.
