e-Gems: Exploring the metaverse – Virtual worlds and games for learning
Virtual worlds and games are increasingly being used in education and training to create learning experiences which are immersive, authentic and media rich.
Join Jo Kay and members of the jokaydian community to explore how teachers and trainers are using Second Life, ReactionGrid, Quest Atlantis and World of Warcraft to provide learners with a more relevant, engaging and personalised learning experience.
This session will expand on the virtual worlds discussion, currently taking place on flexiblelearning.net.au until 24 March.
Join this interest group and take part in the discussion.
