Toolbox Champions at your service

Do you know what a Flexible Learning Toolbox (Toolbox) is? How to install it, customise it for your learners and link it with your current training program?

Toolbox Champions operate in all states and territories, assisting registered training organisations, business and industry to successfully implement and customise Toolboxes in their organisations.

Funded by the national training system’s e-learning strategy, the Australian Flexible Learning Framework (Framework), the Champions are the ‘face’ of Toolboxes. Their role is to:

• provide advice about using Toolboxes
• mentor teams wanting to implement Toolboxes
• organise and conduct Toolbox professional development activities
• disseminate information and broker other types of support (eg customisation).

Champion changes - Queensland

In Queensland, the Toolbox Champion Support Service has been shared by Denise Morgan and Phil Wheeler for the past four years. This month, Phil Wheeler will be moving on from the role and Denise Morgan will continue as the Toolbox Champion. Denise commenced in this role in 2002.
